The big day & gallery delivery
The process kicks off when you reach out via phone, email, or a contact form. During our initial call, we discuss your wedding vision, style preferences, and specific needs. This is a great time to get to know each other and ensure we're a good fit. To secure your date, a signed contract and a retainer fee are required. Once these are received, your wedding date is officially booked YAY! Happy Dance!!!! We'll also schedule a pre-wedding session if it's included in your package, like an engagement shoot, which is a great way for us to work together before the big day.
Around 1-2 months before your wedding, we'll have another detailed discussion to finalize the wedding day timeline. This includes deciding on key moments you want captured, special traditions, and any must-have photographs. We finalize the photography timeline, ensuring it aligns with your overall wedding schedule. This includes coordinating times for formal portraits, family photos, and other key moments. By the end of this phase, we're fully prepared and excited for the day!

To book our services, simply reach out to us via our website's contact form. We'll start with a phone call consultation to discuss your wedding day details, your expectations, and any specific requirements you might have along with wedding packages. Once you decide on us as your AMAZING wedding team, we'll send you a contract to review and sign! A 40% retainer fee is required to secure your date, and the remaining 60% balance will be due a few weeks before your wedding day.
Typically, you can expect to receive your fully edited wedding photos within 4 to 9 weeks after your wedding day. We take great care in ensuring each photo meets our quality standards. For video, the timeline might extend up to 10-15 weeks, depending on the complexity of editing and length of the footage. We also provide a few sneak peek photos 72 hours after your wedding so you can share the excitement with friends and family.

We love capturing destination weddings and are happy to travel to wherever your wedding takes us! For destination weddings, we require coverage of travel and accommodation expenses. We usually arrive at least a day early to scout the location and prepare for the big day. Specific details can be worked out based on your wedding location and the logistics involved.
