Engagement Session

We started the morning texting back and forth to see if we were still on for our engagement session despite the weather. I was happy to reschedule if needed but we wanted to go for it regardless of the snow and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. The snow flurries were cascading down so magically in between snapping moments of pure joy and warming up my fingers (so worth the cold fingers). From the moment I met Cameryn and Jackson I knew their photos were going to be special and they really are. They were down to do anything so when we saw a local coffee shop I knew there’d be a cup in my hand and space filled with photos on my SD Card.

You guys I was so happy to get to know you more and laugh about how crazy we both were to come out in the weather but I loved every second. I can’t wait to see you at the alter and I can only imagine the laughs we’ll have on your day.

My art is all about the juxtaposition of modern editorial with unpolished, unexpected visuals. I’m inspired by hands-on, analog formats, details, and the world around us.

Life is simply a series of moments. It’s my honor to pay attention and use film to capture them.

My work lives at the intersection of modern editorial and the beautifully unpolished.

I am drawn to the tactile nature of digital and analog formats, the intimacy of details, and the inspiration that comes from the world around us.

To me, life is a series of fleeting moments, and it is my honor to notice them and capture them with honesty and intention.
